Curiosity is ever present in divers. Most divers feel the need to explore and often wonder what lies “beyond” and that generally means deeper. For some, the magic number is reaching for the 100ft mark, for others it may be even deeper.
Diving to 100ft in tropical waters is not the same as diving to 100ft in cold water. At that depth here in the Northwest it can be very dark and very cold. Deep diving is not for everyone, you should dive to the depths of your own comfort level.
In this course we will teach you how to properly plan for a deep dive, the right equipment to use and emergency procedures.
This course consists of 1-classroom session and 2-dives in the Open Water.
Requirements: You need to have at least 25 logged dives and Navigation Specialty.
